This site is maintained by the Smyrna Community Group to support constructive dialogue between neighbours of the Almero Student Residence at Francis Gardner Studios, owned by the Steyn Group.

The student residence is operated by the Steyn Group, through their Almero Student brand. The company is owned by Louis Almero Steyn and Tjaart Steyn. The operations are led by Anthony Franks, with management at Francis Gardner Studios by Samira Elamin.
